Sometimes people have an experience in our centres that isn't good. If that's happened to you, please tell us. We want to try and fix it.
In the first instance
If you are still in the centre please talk to the nearest member of staff. If you’re not happy with their response, please ask to speak to a manager.
If you’ve already left the building, please use our contact page to telephone or email the manager at the centre you visited.
Please tell us what you expected to happen, what did happen and how we can fix the situation. We’ll do our best to help.
Still not happy?
If you’ve spoken to the manager at the location you visited and the situation hasn’t been resolved to your satisfaction we would ask you to contact our head office.

Please also include the name of the manager you spoke to and details of what you expected to happen, what did happen and how we can resolve the issue.
